Returns & refunds

We accept requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size selected incorrectly, except where required by law. Please check the measurements before ordering.

Email noireofficial2026@gmail.com as soon as you notice an issue, with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible issue. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions if a return is needed. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping & orders

Our pieces are made to order. Production takes place before shipping, and delivery time depends on your destination. Any available shipping costs and estimates are shown at checkout. For an order update or an address correction, email us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Sizing & care

Each piece has its own fit and measurements. Open the product details and compare the size chart with a garment you already own. Follow the fabric and care instructions listed for that item to help preserve its fit and print.
